established so that Timeshare Owners would have an auction just for Timeshare
Owners to sell or rent their timeshares.
eTimeshare Auctioneer will submit
their timeshare to the auction:
- Reserve Price Auction where
the Seller does not have to sell if their lowest price has not been
met.
- Time-Based Auction is a
beginning and ending time period.
- Closed Bid Auction is where
all bids go directly to the seller via e-mail. If the seller doesn't have
e-mail the bidder will call the seller direct.
eTimeshare Auctioneer has escrow
account services, title company services to complete a sale and financing
services available.
