The Netcheck Commerce Bureau to assist you with your complaint.
Netcheck was established in March of 1995 to promote ethical
business practices worldwide and to increase consumer and
corporate confidence in purchasing products and services on
the Internet.
The
following service to file a Complaint is just one of the many
services made possible to you, by The Members of The Netcheck
Commerce Bureau.
Netcheck
will facilitate and arbitrate complaints filed between:
- Consumer
to Company
- Company
to Company
- Company
to Consumer
- Consumer
to Consumer (auctions, barters, trades, etc.)
The
only types of complaints that WILL NOT be accepted
are:
- Labor disputes
between employee and employer or vice versa
- Opinions
- Or where
no monetary loss has occurred
IMPORTANT
Please
be mindful that not all companies/individuals selling on the
Internet are current participating members of Netcheck. If
in the event the company / individual seller or consumer you
are filing your complaint against is not a member of Netcheck,
we are able to assist you by bringing your complaint to their
attention, with a request for them to work with you to satisfy
your complaint. Netcheck cannot compel them to respond. Netcheck
however, will track your complaint until it is either resolved
to both parties satisfaction, or if they fail to respond or
work with you toward a resolution, Netcheck may post this
information on our website.
If
the company you are filing your complaint against, is a participating
member of Netcheck, we will make all efforts to work directly
with you and the company to work toward an amicable resolution
to your dispute in a timely manner.
All
complaints are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
NETCHECK
WILL ACCEPT COMPLAINTS ON ANY COMPANY / INDIVIDUAL SELLER,
or CONSUMER THAT HAS A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS. We facilitate
all complaints interactively, on-line via email. A valid and
deliverable email address is required to file a complaint
with Netcheck. If your dispute is with a company that no longer
exist on the Internet, or if their email is being returned
undeliverable to you, we suggest you contact your local authorities
to file a complaint.
Please keep an accurate record of your complaint dispute. If your
complaint qualifies as Federal fraud, it may be turned over
to the proper authorities for further investigation.
Netcheck
is not a legal forum. We will assist in the faciliation of
every complaint received at Netcheck. However, with any dispute,
it takes both parties cooperation to work together toward
a satisfactory resolution. We will provide you with the highest
level of service to assist you in reaching a resolution and
all attempts will be made on our part to receive the other
parties cooperation in resolving your dispute.

that the complaint as stated by myself is valid and is accurate

Bureau to contact the Company / Individual Seller / Consumer
on my behalf in efforts of working toward a resolution to
